By using the website, visitors agree that they consent to the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy, and the collection, use, and retention of the data listed in this Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The website collects data that helps Coastality achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. No additional data beyond the data listed in this Privacy Policy will be collected without notifying visitors first. The website may also collected the following data when certain functions are performed on the website, such as by filling out a contact form, booking a session, or subscribing to a mailing list: first and last name; e-mail address; phone number; and, payment information.

Data will not be used beyond what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Contractors and contracted third parties may receive personal data, though these parties are under separate agreement to ensure the use of that data is in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the purposes of engaging with the Company. Only those who reasonably require access to data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy are privy to it. Scheduling and payment processing information is provided to Fresha.com SV LTD. and Stripe who are bound by their own Privacy Policies and only use personal data for these purposes. This data includes payment information, full name(s), mailing address(es), phone number(s) and any other information required to securely process payment(s). Contractors and contracted third parties will not be able to access data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose. Data will not be shared with other third parties, except in the following cases: the law requires it; it is required for any legal proceeding(s); to prove or protect the Company’s legal rights; and, to buyers or potential buyers of the Company in the event that it is potentially sold. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any issues caused by following links, including scheduling and booking links from the website to another website, as the Company has no control over third party’s privacy policies and practices.

HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED

Data is stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved. If data is kept for longer than this period of time, the visitor/user will be notified.

HOW PERSONAL DATA IS PROTECTED

In order to protect the security of visitors/users of the website, the Company uses the strongest available browser encryption and stores all of its data on servers in secure facilities. All data is only accessible to authorized personnel, contractors and third parties who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, a breach of which would result in immediate termination and legal action as required. WEBSITE TRAFFIC

When visitors visit the Company’s website, data is collected in the form of cookies, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in detecting and preventing spam form submissions and unsolicited communications by phone and e-mail. Data is also collected through contact forms, mailing list submissions, and the like, which is voluntarily provided and consented to by the visitors using them.
