Counselling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, and related services are available on this website and payment is accepted for these services in full when they are ordered through the website.

All information, descriptions, or images that are provided on the website about these services are deemed to be as accurate as possible, and every attempt is made to do so. The Company will not be legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as it cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided. It is agreed that services purchased on the website are at the sole risk of the visitor/user. The Company reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders or payments whenever it is deemed necessary. If an order is cancelled and payment has been processed, the cancellation policy provided at time of payment or in accordance with any Professional Services Agreement or other terms agreed upon in writing will prevail. Visitors/users purchasing/ordering services on this website agree that it is their responsibility to monitor their payment instrument(s) to verify payment amounts.
PAYMENTS
This website accepts credit card, Visa Debit and PayPal as forms of payment. REFUNDS
Refunds are generally provided for services sold on this website if they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided. If an order is cancelled and payment has been processed, the cancellation policy provided at time of payment or in accordance with any Professional Services Agreement or other terms agreed upon in writing will prevail.
CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in a visitor/user’s jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms & Conditions will not limit the legal rights and remedies of a visitor/user under that legislation. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The decision of the arbitrator will be final. andbinding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both the visitor/user of this website and the Company. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms & Conditions, the visitor/user of this website and the Company agree that they both retain the right to commence an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
SEVERABILITY
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms & Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms & Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms & Conditions will still be considered valid.
